  • Got an issue? Tell us within 7 days of delivery - Budbaks don’t procrastinate.
  • After 7 days? Sorry yaar, no take-backs.
  • Return item must be fresh-fresh - unused, unworn, unwashed, tags intact.
  • Once your product reaches us and passes the vibe check (Quality Check), your refund goes live.
  • If it flunks Quality Check… well, no refund.
  • Prefer an exchange? Perfect - planet-conscious Budbaks get rewarded.
  • Raise your refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or wrong products - no drama, just facts.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition (basically, behave like you didn’t meet it).
  • Once your return passes quality check, we kick off the refund in 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are processed as gift cards or to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are always refunded as gift cards.
